Bajaj Housing Finance’s IPO, Bajaj Group’s first much-awaited initial public offering, will open between September 9 and September 11, the firm’s red herring prospectus (RHP) reveals. The total issue size is around ₹6,560 crore comprising a primary portion of Rs 3,000 crore and a secondary portion of Rs 3,000 crore.
The price band will be released on September 3, while the anchor portion will be released on September 6, the RHP filing reveals.
On August 16, as reported by Moneycontrol, Bajaj Housing Finance plans to target an IPO valuation of Rs 56,000 crore to Rs 59,000 crore. Draft papers suggest that its issue size could be smaller than Rs 7,000 crore while the launch could be in the first half of September.
